🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

House of Ishi currently ships across India.

(International shipping may be available on request.)

2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

During festive seasons, sale periods, or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

 Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping ChargesShipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or orders.

5. Order TrackingOnce your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/ID via:SMS / WhatsApp / Email

6. Delivery AttemptsCourier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned back to us.

7. Incorrect Address / Contact DetailsCustomers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.House of Ishi is not responsible for delays or delivery failure due to incorrect address, phone number, or incomplete information.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

Product is received damaged/defective

Wrong product delivered

Product is missing items (incomplete package)

📌 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original packaging

With tags, labels, and invoice intact

❌ Any used, altered, or washed product will not be accepted.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and product nature, we do not accept returns for:

Products damaged after delivery

Products with removed tags

Customized / stitched / altered items

Clearance sale products (if mentioned as non-returnable)

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only if:

Size issue (if applicable)Product defect or wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 Exchange is subject to stock availability.

💸 Refund Policy1. Refund Method

Refund will be processed to:

Original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking), or

Store credit (if customer agrees)

2. Refund Timeline

After pickup and quality check, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

📦 Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please share within 48 hours:

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear product photos

Order ID

Without an unboxing video, return/refund may not be approved.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before dispatch.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

In such cases, you may request return after delivery (as per return eligibility).
